Eventually Sam ends up in an institution, dying. Dean hears of
this mysterious healer Emanuel, he seeks him out to help Sam. Turns out
he is really Cas back from the dead again, with no memories. He takes on
Sam's crazy and gets stuck in the hospital with Meg watching over him.
Cas ends up kind of falling for Meg. Dick Roman the head of the
leviathans has risen to power in the US. He kills Bobby, who comes back
as a ghost. Because they just half to kill off everybody. Charlie is an employee
of Roman who ends up helping the Winchesters fight him. Charlie is one of
my favorite characters on the show. We also meet Kevin Tran AP student,
Prophet of the Lord. He can read the tablet that have the word of God on them, telling how to defeat the leviathan. Crowley ends up killing Meg =( Sam, Dean and Cas,
who is still kind of crazy, defeat Dick and Dean and Cas end up trapped in
Purgatory.
